Als Vorbereitung bauen wir die einzusetzende S-ATA-Festplatte- 2,5-Zoll in ein externes Festplattengehäuse ein und klonen mithilfe eines Programms wie Super Duper oder Carbon Copy Cloner die aktuell im MacBook Pro eingebaute Festplatte. Ist das Klonen beendet, überprüfen wir das geklonte Laufwerk, indem wir von dort starten und stichprobenartig ein paar Dokumente betrachten und Programme starten.
